This course is designed to give you the knowledge of our business and will aim to make you feel right at home. After this, your learning will depend on your role and the length of training will be dependent on this too. Everyone joining an operational area of our business will attend our ‘Starting Out’ programme which typically includes specific product, systems training and internal processes & procedures within the specific business area.
Our learning doesn’t stop here as we believe that learning is a continuous process. You can therefore expect to receive regular training that keeps you at the top of your game whilst helping to fulfil your career aspirations.
Our personal development process gives you the opportunity to talk about what you want from your career.
